How we collect, use and protect your information — including your rights as a California resident.
The short version. We collect what we need to ship your order and answer your questions — name, contact info, and order details. Card payments are handled entirely by our shop platform at rinnovare.io, not by us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently run advertising or tracking cookies on this Site. If you're in California, jump to Section 11 for your specific rights.
This privacy policy explains how Rinnovare Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Rinnovare Labs™ ("Rinnovare Labs," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit rinnovarelabs.com (the "Site"), when you place an order through our storefront at rinnovare.io (the "Shop"), or when you otherwise interact with us — for example by email, phone, or on social media. "You" means the visitor or user of the Site or Shop.
By using the Site or the Shop, you accept the practices described in this policy. Your use is also subject to our Terms & Conditions. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy, so please check back periodically.
By visiting the Site, placing an order through the Shop, subscribing to our email list, filling out a contact form, or otherwise reaching out to us, you agree to our collection, storage and use of your information as described in this policy. Where a subscription or recurring order is involved, your consent also covers the recurring charges described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You may withdraw consent, and ask us to stop processing your information, at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 17 — see Section 10 for how that request is handled.
You provide information when you contact us, subscribe to updates, or place an order. That may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and any message content you send us directly.
Orders for Rinnovare Labs™ products are completed through our Shop at rinnovare.io, operated on a third-party commerce platform. Payment card details (card number, expiration, security code) are entered directly into that platform's secure checkout and are not stored on rinnovarelabs.com servers. The Shop's own privacy notice governs how payment and order data are processed there; we receive the order and shipping information necessary to fulfil, support and communicate with you about your purchase.
As you browse the Site, certain technical data may be collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit, and the date, time and duration of your visit. See our Cookie Policy for the current state of cookies and similar technologies on this Site — as of this writing, that's minimal.
If you voluntarily tell us about a health condition, medication, pregnancy or similar circumstance — for example in a support email asking whether a product is appropriate for you — we use that information only to respond to your question and keep an internal record of the exchange. We don't use it for marketing. See Section 13 for more.
We do not use your information to make decisions about you through fully automated processing that would produce a legal or similarly significant effect, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes. We share information only as follows:
Our full, current cookie inventory lives in the separate Cookie Policy, since it changes as we add or remove analytics and marketing tools. That policy also covers cookies set by the Shop at rinnovare.io during checkout, which we don't control directly.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in Section 4, to maintain business and tax records, and to comply with legal obligations — after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to Section 10 and any records we are legally required to keep (for example, order and tax records).
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach compromises your personal data, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay, using the contact information you've provided, and in the timeframe required by applicable law.
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States or elsewhere. By using the Site or Shop, you understand your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to delete it, or to stop a specific use of it. Contact us using the information in Section 17 and we will respond within the timeframe required by law in your jurisdiction — typically 30–45 days. We may need to verify your identity first, using information you've already given us (such as your name and order email), before acting on a request.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), gives you the additional rights below.
| Category | Examples | Collected? |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order number | Yes |
| Commercial information | Products purchased, order history | Yes, via the Shop |
| Internet/network activity | Pages viewed, browser/device data | Limited — see Cookie Policy |
| Payment information | Card number, billing details | Processed by the Shop's payment processor; not stored by us |
| Health information you volunteer | Details you share when asking about a product | Only if you provide it |
| Geolocation | Approximate location from IP or shipping address | Limited |
| Sensitive personal information | Precise geolocation, government ID numbers, biometric or genetic data | No — we do not collect any of this |
We collect this directly from you, automatically through your use of the Site, and from service providers (the Shop platform and shipping carriers), for the purposes in Section 4. We retain each category for as long as described in Section 7.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@rinnovarelabs.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or call (800) 722-3870. We will verify your request using information reasonably available to us before fulfilling it — typically by matching the email or details you provide to an existing order or inquiry. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require written proof of that authorization and separately verify your identity.
California "Shine the Light." California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask, once a year and free of charge, what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. As stated above, we don't sell or share personal information for marketing, but you're welcome to submit this request to the contact above.
A growing number of states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — have comprehensive privacy laws that give residents rights broadly similar to California's: to know what personal information we hold, to access or obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, of targeted advertising, or of certain profiling. Because Rinnovare Labs does not sell personal information, run targeted advertising, or use automated profiling with legal effect, several of these opt-out rights are effectively already the default for every visitor, regardless of state. To exercise any right your state law provides, use the contact information in Section 17; where a law grants a right to appeal a denied request, we will provide instructions for that appeal in our response.
Rinnovare Labs is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and this Site is not governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). If you choose to share health-related details with us — for instance, in a customer-support email — we treat that information as confidential, use it only to respond to you, and never use it for advertising or sell it. We'd rather you left sensitive medical details out of an online form; if you have a specific health question about one of our products, please talk to a qualified healthcare professional, as our product disclaimers recommend.
Our Site and products are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If we learn that we've inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the address in Section 17.
Our Site links to third-party destinations we don't control, including our Shop at rinnovare.io, the Pilargo Foundation™ site at pilargo.io, and social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review a third-party site's privacy policy before giving it information.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
